triptidy.

Organized, and always a step ahead.

Connect your inbox and every flight, hotel, and booking becomes one live itinerary — one that tells you when to leave, warns you before a gate moves, and re-plans your day the moment a flight slips.

Know before you do

Notifications that read like a friend, not a system.

Short, specific, and always answering “so what do I do?” — these are real notifications from the TripTidy engine.

How it works

Zero-effort itineraries.

01

Connect your inbox

One tap of Gmail consent — read-only, revocable any time. Prefer not to connect? Forward bookings to your TripTidy address instead.

02

Trips build themselves

Flights, hotels, trains, dinners, parking — extracted from confirmation emails and grouped into living, day-by-day trips.

03

Know before you do

Delays, gate changes, and cancellations reach your lock screen first — with what changed and what to do about it.

Travel day

One glanceable card with the thing that matters right now.

On travel day, TripTidy opens straight into your trip: a live countdown to what’s next, the gate, the seat, the confirmation code — no digging. Every change lands as a diff you can read at a glance, color-coded by how much it matters.

You don’t even have to open it. The same countdown, gate, and delays live in a Live Activity — right on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, kept current by push.

On the day

It gets you there — and re-plans when things move.

Know when to leave

Every plan earns a “leave by” — the drive priced against the traffic predicted for when you’ll actually set off, plus time to return the rental, park, or clear security. It tightens as the day approaches.

A delay ripples — so does TripTidy

When a flight slips, it re-checks everything downstream: the tight connection, the check-in cutoff, the dinner you’d now miss. What’s at risk turns amber — before it becomes a scramble.

The right detail, right where you are

Walk up to the lot, the gate, or the counter and the thing for that spot is already on screen — the parking confirmation, the gate and seat, the reservation. No scrolling your inbox at the barrier.

Bring people in

The people who need you on time, in the loop.

You land; your ride’s already there

Share your flight with whoever's collecting you. They follow every delay, gate, and landing live, with their own “leave now” timed to your touchdown — so you're not the one circling arrivals.

One Pro covers everyone

One TripTidy Pro turns on live flight tracking for your whole household — and for the friend you share a flight with. You pay once; the people who need you on time get it free.

The whole family, one view

Join a household and everyone's upcoming trips live in one place — flip between Me, each person, and Everyone. Read-only, always current.

Hands-free

Just ask Siri.

TripTidy plugs into Siri, Spotlight, and Shortcuts the moment you install it — nothing to set up. Ask from a locked phone and the answer comes back spoken, with a card to match.

“Where am I staying in TripTidy?”“When’s my next flight in TripTidy?”“What’s next in TripTidy?”“Confirmation code in TripTidy”

Built on Apple’s App Intents — the rails Apple Intelligence runs on — so TripTidy’s answers get smarter as Siri does.

Plan with Claude

Your planning chat, wired to your real trip.

Connect TripTidy to Claude — or any MCP-capable assistant — and a planning conversation stops being a dead end. Claude sees your actual itinerary: the dates, the city, what’s already booked. The restaurants, coffee stops, and day plans you keep are saved onto the trip as ideas — and booking one anywhere upgrades it to the real thing when the confirmation email lands.

“Plan my Friday in Sacramento”“Find dinner near my hotel”“Add a coffee stop before my flight”“What’s still open on this trip?”

TripTidy is a full MCP server — the assistant sees your trips, never your inbox. No one else connects your itinerary to a planning chat like this. One-minute setup.

Plan together

One trip. Everyone's ideas.

A trip in a household is a shared plan, not a broadcast. Plan a weekend away and the options go on the table — everyone weighs in, all on the one itinerary, no group chat to lose track of.

Put up the options

Line up a few choices right on the shared trip — three dinners, a couple of coffee stops, a detour on the drive down. Add them yourself, or ask Claude to fill the gaps.

Everyone picks

The whole household sees the same options and chooses — swipe through, tap the one you want. Bookings stay read-only, so no one can undo a flight, but anyone can help settle dinner.

It becomes real

Lock in the winner and the other options clear. Book it anywhere and the confirmation email upgrades the idea into the real thing — on everyone's trip at once.

Trust

We never train models on your email.

TripTidy reads travel confirmations, keeps the structured details, and leaves the rest alone. Disconnect your inbox or delete everything with one tap, any time. Read the privacy policy.

Questions

Fair questions, straight answers.

What can TripTidy read in my inbox?

With Gmail connected, TripTidy has read-only access and looks at new mail solely to find travel confirmations. Non-travel email is discarded at a cheap classification step and never stored. You can revoke access in your Google account at any time.

What if I don’t want to connect my inbox?

Forward any confirmation email to your personal TripTidy address and it becomes a trip the same way. Connecting is the set-it-and-forget-it option, not the only one.

Does TripTidy work with Siri?

Yes — with zero setup. Ask where you’re staying, when your next flight departs, or for a confirmation code, and Siri answers from a locked phone. Trips show up in Spotlight search, and everything is automatable in Shortcuts. It’s all built on Apple’s App Intents — the same foundation Apple Intelligence uses — so the answers get smarter as Siri does.

Can I plan my trip with Claude or ChatGPT?

Yes. Connect TripTidy to Claude (or any MCP-capable assistant) and a planning chat stops being a dead end: it sees your real schedule, and the restaurants, coffee shops, and day plans you keep are saved onto the trip as ideas. Book one anywhere and the confirmation email upgrades it automatically. One-minute setup guide.

What does it cover besides flights?

Hotels and Airbnbs, trains, car hire, restaurant reservations, event tickets, parking, and airport transfers — anything with a confirmation email. Flights additionally get live status: delays, gate changes, and cancellations, often before the airline’s own email.

Does TripTidy tell me when to leave?

Yes. Each plan gets a “leave by” time, with the drive priced against the traffic predicted for when you’ll actually go — plus a buffer to return a rental, park, or clear security. It shows on the card and fires as a reminder, tightening as departure nears.

What happens when a flight is delayed?

The alert reaches you first — often before the airline’s email — and TripTidy re-checks the rest of your day: a now-tight connection, a check-in cutoff you might blow, a dinner you’d miss. Anything at risk is flagged so you can fix it early, not at the gate.

Is my data used to train AI models?

No. Never — not by us, and our AI provider processes your email content without training on it. See the privacy policy for the specifics.

When can I get the app?

Right now — TripTidy for iOS is in open beta. Join via TestFlight and your trips build themselves today. Android comes later.

Is TripTidy free?

Everything is free during the beta — no card, no trial clock. At launch the core stays free; live flight tracking becomes TripTidy Pro, planned at $39.99/year (first month free) or a $4.99 Month Pass — and one Pro covers your whole household. The full pricing plan.
